Yes. Families pay by card or PayPal at checkout, and PayPal Pay in 4 is available for those who need to spread the cost. The committee receives one consolidated payment report instead of chasing individual transfers.
Add custom questions to your booking form – dietary needs, allergies, seating preferences (‘I’d like to sit with…’), accessibility requirements, emergency contacts. Each student’s details are captured individually, not just per booking. Export filtered reports for the caterer, venue or duty teacher.
Password-protect your booking page so only students with the code can access it. You can also set ticket limits per password and use a two-stage release – students book first, then guest tickets open with a second code.
