The league
The Australian Ice Hockey League (AIHL) is the top level of ice hockey in Australia. Clubs host home games at rinks around the country through the winter, and the season closes with a finals weekend.
One platform across the league
TryBooking and the AIHL have worked together for years. Today nearly every club in the league runs its game-day ticketing on TryBooking, so clubs work from the same tools and fans buy tickets the same way whichever team they follow.
Game day
Clubs sell tickets online ahead of each game, then use two TryBooking apps at the rink:
- The Box Office app takes walk-up sales at the door, so fans who decide on the day can still buy a ticket.
- The Scanning app checks tickets at the entry, so fans get inside quickly.
A record year
2026 was the AIHL’s biggest year of ticket sales ever.
