You'll still get a unique booking link to share however you choose - email it to your guest list, post it in a private group, or text it directly. You stay in complete control of who sees and books your event.

• Standard: 5% + 15p per ticket (inc VAT and payment processing)
• Stripe Connect: 75p per ticket (inc VAT) + Stripe fees

No, there’s no limit to the number of free tickets you can issue. You’ll also have full access to the same features available to paid event organisers.

We believe running events should be affordable for everyone. That’s why we keep our fees low for all event organisers, including charities, PTAs, and other non profits.

To help maximise your fundraising, you can choose to pass our low processing fees on to ticket buyers - allowing your non profit to use TryBooking at no cost.

Ticket buyers can pay however suits them - using their Visa/Mastercard credit or debit card, PayPal, or digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also setup gift certificates and discount codes.

If you're wanting to accept cash payments, our Box Office app makes this simple, keeping all ticket data in one place and allowing them to receive their ticket via email.

Once you start selling tickets, funds accumulate in your TryBooking account. Add your UK bank account details to complete a quick verification process.

After the event finishes, you can request your funds at any time. Payments are typically in your account within three working days, though most event organisers receive them the next working day.

To help you manage unforeseen refunds and cancellations, funds are normally retained until the event is completed. If you request a transfer before your event takes place, this will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and some or all of the funds may be held until the event has finished. If you're using our Stripe Connect option, ticket sales go directly into your Stripe account after each transaction, minus any Stripe fees.

Yes, you can choose who pays the booking fees - it's completely flexible. You can pass all fees to your ticket buyers, absorb them all yourself, or split them however works for your event. You can change this setting anytime at an account level, so choose what feels right for your audience and your budget.

Absolutely! Our Box Office app turns your phone into a door sales point. Take contactless card payments with Tap to Pay or record cash sales - everything syncs instantly with your online sales so you won't "double sell" tickets. You'll have complete control over all your sales in one report.

For checking in guests who've already bought tickets, just use our mobile scanning app. No special equipment needed - just download the apps to your phone and you're ready.
